Outreach
At Church Alive, our Outreach ministry is an extension of our mission and vision. Our mission is to empower our local communities, nation, and international partners through acts of service.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. " – 1 Peter 4:10

Missions
We want to make an impact in our local communities but in our nation as well. Church Alive has partnered with World Servants to give you an opportunity to volunteer this summer. There are many locations and dates. We have selected July 21-27 in Kentucky and we would love to have as many people interested be a part of it. This is not a Church Alive sponsored missions trip, but an opportunity to serve together with other believers. Please read more information below. For any questions, please email outreach@churchalive.tv
World Servants
Each year World Servants serve many weeks in Appalachia and partner with amazing communities. Appalachia trips are 7 days long and priced at $495 plus $100 construction. Airline travel and ground transportation aren’t included in the trip price.

The mission team will work "shoulder to shoulder" with the local community to help with community-based projects and home repair ministry such as roofing, painting or even building a ramp. We will also engage in outreach activities, such as worship with local churches and Kids' Club (i.e. VBS) with kids in grades K-5th. We will take Wednesday as our day off and there are so many great activities that you can plan for like going on a zipline/horseback trail ride package in a local state park, visiting the local lakes or even taking a mine portal tour.

World Servants mission trips are based on Christ's servant attitude, which he demonstrated during his time on earth. An important distinctive of World Servants mission trips is our in-country training. The team engages in "experiential learning" exercises to share World Servants philosophy of doing mission – being a Learner, Servant and a Storyteller. Participation results in strong team bonding and the knowledge required to successfully serve others in a culture different than your own.
